PSA Charitable Foundation’s EAP Service

Origin

At the end of 2008, Taiwan experienced the financial crisis; with the intention of providing employees with more care, PSA Group started the “Collaboration Plan” and concurrently proceeded the start of EAP.

 

 

Contents

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP as abbreviation form) is a program designed for the workplace with the aim to help troubleshoot organizational effectiveness and personal issues that affect employee performance, such as (including but not limited to) health, marriage, family, finance, law, emotion, stress, other personal issues, etc., will be provided with consulting services in a confidential and professional manner.

Service Target

Every staff of the PSA Group.

Implementing Method

1. Engaging in conversations with staffs by the means of face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews, group interviews, or online interviews.

2. Each staff will be given a handy card for facilitating contacts with EAP at any time as needed.

3. Holding seminars and lectures to enhance staff’s relevant knowledge.

4. Holding themed activities, such as funfairs, gender and social interaction, Mother’s Day activity, etc.

Professional Team

Professional Supervisors: Professional Consultants in industrial and academic category.

Administrative Team: Led by Ms. Chen, the President of PSA Charitable Foundation and the General Managers of PSA affiliated companies as well as having great support from the departments of personnel and general affairs.

Professional Team: PSA Charitable Foundation’s staff of relevant experiences and the full-time manpower of the affiliated companies.

External Team: Contracted lectures, community associated professional organizations, medical systems, legal consultants and etc.
